The service
TradeFlow helps trade businesses organise enquiries, customers, jobs, quotes and invoices. You are responsible for the information you enter, the work you carry out and the invoices you send to your own customers.
Subscription and payment
Starter is free. Pro costs £19 per month in GBP once checkout is available. The final price and any applicable tax are shown in Clerk before you confirm payment. Pro renews monthly until cancelled. Clerk manages the subscription and uses Stripe to process payments; TradeFlow does not store card numbers. No paid subscription begins without your confirmation at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel renewal from Billing in Clerk. Pro access normally continues to the end of the paid period. Contact help@tradeflow.studio about an incorrect charge or refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Your data
You must have a lawful reason to store customer information in TradeFlow. Our privacy notice explains how we handle account, billing and security information. The data processing addendum is part of these Terms when we process the customer information your business enters.
